ABSTRACT
According to an online survey conducted by Harris Interactive, about 75 percent of adults feel that downloading music for personal use is an innocent act and should not be illegal in the U.S. At the same time, 70 percent said that downloading music from the Internet would be much less common if compact discs cost less.
