This article presents developments related to information technology training. Parity Trainings' profits for its 2003 financial year are up to 1.4 million pounds, from £0.1m in 2002. Oracle and Unix training specialist StayAhead has developed a range of Oracle financial training courses. Call-centre skills company Quality Plus Callscan (QPC) is using InfoBasis's skills assessment tool to underpin its Sentrel package. SkillSoft is publishing content from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development online, through its reference-material subsidiary Books24x7.
