ABSTRACT
Food maker Campbell's is running ICI" courses from a learndirect centre at its factory at King's Lynn in East Anglia, England. The 460 staff working at the factory, which makes Campbell's soups. The company is working with the College of West Anglia on the project, and tutors from the college regularly visit the site to check on progress. Staff can study at the centre before or after work, and the facility is available to all employees—from factory floor staff to senior management.
