ABSTRACT
Professional services group Deloitte is using a single platform to deliver training to all its employees worldwide, following a successful implementation in its consulting business. The company is using Saba's Enterprise Learning software to give staff rapid access to courses on new products and services. U.S.-based Deloitte started using the Saba platform in its consulting business across 57 countries in 2001. It will now use it in all aspects of its business, including tax, audit, and financial advisory services.
