Reports on Colorado Senator John Andres' proposed bill which adds an additional measure of transparency to G-37 rule created by the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board. Andrews' explanation on provisions under his proposed bill; Andrews' concern over a mass transit referendum that will be placed by the Regional Transportation District (RTD); RTD board of directors' approval of a resolution not to award contracts to any business or person that donated campaign funds.
