This article presents happenings in the Canadian Library Association (CLA). CLA has implemented with the support of Canadian Heritage's Canadian Arts & Heritage Sustainability Program, the recent membership on-line survey. It was designed to help CLA members tell what is important, so that of the myriad of planets in this galaxy, so that CLA a collective can focus our considerable energy on those where it can make the most difference. There have been two additions to the CLA staff, filling vacancies. Valerie Delrue has joined in Member Services while Sylvie Deliencourt became Manager of Membership & Communications.
