The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development's Development Assistance Committee (DAC) is the key forum for bilateral donors accounting for 95% of world, Official Development Assistance. Work undertaken by the DAC provides information, insights and results on development co-operation issues. The DAC Journal regroups a cross-selection of recent material which the development community at large should find informative and pertinent. Generally, the work published in the journal is the product of the DAC or its working parties and networks. It may also emerge from DAC forums and seminars.
