ABSTRACT
Bahrain Financial Harbour (BFH) has signed a contract with AI Hamad Contracting Co. for the Engineering and Construction of Phase One, the Financial Centre of BFH. The total estimated project value is $250 million and will create over 2000 jobs. BFH is a $1.3 billion master-planned commercial center in a city development integrating finance, commerce, leisure, lifestyle and arts. The Financial Centre includes the development of Dual Towers, which will be the tallest buildings in Bahrain at 50-levels high, the Financial Mall, an eight-level building and construction of the Harbour House, a circular nine-level building.
