ABSTRACT
This article presents information related to the entertainment industry as of March 23, 2004. Tim Bruno has been promoted to supervising producer of "Today" show of National Broadcasting Co. Inc. (NBC). He has been the morning news-show's entertainment producer since October 2002 and continues to oversee all entertainment aspects. Bruno is responsible for all celebrity, film, television, theater and music programming. Denzel Washington, Willie Nelson and Natalie Cole have signed on to take part in "Apollo at 70: A Hot Night in Harlem," a Sunday benefit performance that will air as a two-hour special on NBC in June 2004.
