After six years as co-prexy of Miramax Films Corp., Bob Osher is ankling the mini-major and negotiating to reunite with his old Turner Pictures chum, chair of the company Columbia Pictures, Amy Pascal. Its unclear whether Osher would take over all the duties previously executed by former Col prexy Peter Schlessel, or have the same title. Schlessel, who ankled in January 2003 to pursue other film ventures, was especially adroit at managing the financial risks of pictures and worked closely with Pascal. Negotiations are already well under way for Osher to join Columbia. His contract with Miramax expires in June 2004.
