ABSTRACT
The New York television network, YES came away with a victory over Chuck Dolan's Cablevision on Wednesday, when arbitrators ruled that the channel had to be available to all of the cable operator's subscribers. According to James Dolan, president and CEO of Cablevision it was a disappointing ruling for customers who wanted to choose whether or not to pay for the cable networks. YES put out a statement that it was very grateful to the arbitration tribunal for its careful and timely award. Though the final ruling was not entirely favorable to YES.
