ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's assessment of the political attributes of U.S. Senator Teddy Kennedy. His popularity was reflected during the convention of the Americans for Democratic Action in 1979, whose participants were persuaded by his presence. The author also attests that Kennedy is one of the best speakers in public life. Apart from this, Kennedy is qualified for U.S. presidency. Nonetheless, in line with running for presidency, controversy will find a way through his wife.
