ABSTRACT
A recent study by the American Optometric Association (AOA) found that only one in seven children under age 6 have had a professional eye exam. Yet, early intervention is key for correcting problems that could lead to learning difficulty. The AOA recommends annual eye exams for kids from 6 months on.
