The article reports that many real estate companies have taken interest in venture capital investors and are making early investments in firms focused on real estate analytics and technology. Senior executive Jeffrey J. Daniels believes that investing in real estate data analytics startups can gain competitive advantage on investments. The companies that invest in venture capital firms include CBRE Inc., Rialto Capital Management LLC, and Cushman & Wakefield Inc.
