ABSTRACT
The article offers news briefs related to the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) as of December 1, 2017. National Governors Association's Center for Best Practices and Council of State Governments have announced states that will participate in initiative to improve occupational licensing policy. NCSL's transportation policy discussed transportation infrastructure needs. International Programs department serves as liaison between U.S. state legislatures and their counterparts.
