Fidel DVD marches past Stone roadblock

Reports that film director Oliver Stone has lost the first round of his battle to halt the DVD/video distribution of the documentary film "Comandante" in Madrid, Spain. Focus of the project on Cuban dictator Fidel Castro; Preliminary injunction filed by his lawyers against co-producer MediaPro and Manga Films; Allegation that the DVD distribution infringed Stone's moral authorship rights by including extras he had not signed off on.
