¦WALES and Lions scrumhalf Rhys Webb is to leave Ospreys at the end of the season to join Toulon. After a starring role on the Lions tour behind Ireland's Conor Murray, Webb has been in much demand, with Saracens also hunting him, but the south of France is believed to have won out over the English side.
