ABSTRACT
Reports that CSTV (College Sports Television) has landed a carriage deal with Time Warner Cable that will put the network onto digital sports tiers in cities such as Syracuse and Rochester, New York, Portland, Maine, and Waco, Texas. Earlier deals which funneled the 11-month-old net to an undisclosed number of digital subscribers of DirecTV, Adelphia and Insight Communications.
