Reports that French sales outfit Wild Bunch and distributors around the world are spoiling for a multi-million dollar fight over director Terrence Malick's sudden decision to pull out of the $40 million biopic "Che," penned by Malick and set to star Benicio Del Toro. Malick's statement that he has instead committed to direct "The New World," a New Line drama about Pocahontas; Colin Farrell to play the explorer John Smith.
