ABSTRACT
This article focuses on shortlisted entries of information technology training awards. One of the shortlisted candidates was Aisling McClorey. Aisling has a wealth of experience and maturity beyond her years. She is a dedicated trainer, committed to the needs of her adult audience as well as the children she trains on a voluntary basis. Another candidate is Donna Wheeler. Donna clearly has a passion for training, which is communicated with confidence and conviction to her delegates. Her ability to assess her audience, build rapport immediately and adapt her material and style accordingly is exceptional.
