Planning and implementing major changes in an organisation can be full of pitfalls even for an experienced specialist, let alone for a complete beginner. Project managers need a plethora of skills, from understanding how to shape a project and communicate goals to everyone involved to managing people effectively and responding to any hiccups that may occur along the way. This article focuses on some books on project management. These books include "Lessons in Project Management," by T. Mochal and J. Mochal, "PMP Project Management Professional Study Guide," by K. Heldman, and "Microsoft Office Project 2003 Inside Out," by T. Stover.
