ABSTRACT
Scottish training company Learning IT is using Consensus's CourseBooker package as part of ambitious plans to grow its corporate training business by 33 per cent this year. CourseBooker simplifies the administration of courses and combines sales, marketing, course scheduling, booking and invoicing. At Learning IT, the software replaces an in-house customer relationship management system and will be integrated with other packages, including Microsoft's Outlook. It will allow Learning IT staff to open a customer record, view details and send an email without having to exit the system and open up Outlook.
