Great Britain division of training specialist DA Consulting Group Inc. has split from its U.S. parent after the U.S. arm filed for bankruptcy, claiming that falling revenues made it impossible to carry on as a public company. The new company, which will trade as DACG Ltd., will continue to operate as before. Former managing director Paul Stevens, who becomes general manager of the new company, says the business will benefit from being a separate entity. DACG Ltd. will retain its links with DA Consulting offices in Canada and Asia.
