ABSTRACT
British Airports Authority (BAA), the international airports group, is looking at rolling out an e-learning programme to all its 10,000 employees following a successful pilot. BAA chose the e-learning route because it is cost-effective and allows training to be delivered across all its sites. BAA expects the project to save the company money and make its information technology operation more flexible. It will mean the maintenance can be carried out centrally. BAA created the basic material for the course, which was then turned into an e-learning program by Spring IT Training.
