ABSTRACT
This article focuses on Learning Technologies show at Olympia. There were 110 exhibitors, and 34 of them were at the show for the first time. Several of the first-time exhibitors have been in the market for some time, and just hadn't exhibited before. Companies such as Computeach, Electrovision, New Horizons and Saba all fall into that category. There are three key points to come out of this. First, the barriers to entry to new companies coming into the business are very low. Second, the technology is moving so fast that new market niches are opening up all the time. And finally, it is expected to see even more players entering in the future.
