ABSTRACT
Credit card company Capital One Financial Corp. is staggering the introduction of software upgrades at its Nottingham headquarters to help manage the company's training needs. Upgrades are stored and then released in batches. Before the release of a batch of upgrades, users are given awareness packs to let them know what is going to happen, why the changes are worthwhile, and what training will be provided. The type of training depends on the scale of the changes. For small upgrades, e-learning backed up by a helpdesk is usually sufficient.
