ABSTRACT
This section focuses on the mission of the 'Journal of Financial Planning,' which is to expand the body of knowledge of the financial planning profession. To conceptualize--knowledge, acquaintance with facts, range of information, awareness or understanding, is essential to excellence in work, and therefore, advancing to the financial planning profession. Body, in this sense, is a comprehensive collection, a corpus. This body of knowledge lays the foundation for the profession's expertise and ability to provide invaluable service. This body of knowledge is dynamic and alive. It fuels the profession's development.
