ABSTRACT
A 33-year-old man with a 9-year history of Behc¸et's disease was hospitalized with a giant pseudo aneurysm of left anterior descending and true aneurysm of right coronary artery. This unusual vascular complication of Behc¸et's disease treated successfully is presented.
