La Dolce Vita Is a Sweet Treat for Italian Food Lovers

February 2004
Orange County Business Journal;2/9/2004, Vol. 27 Issue 6, p33
There's probably nothing in Orange County, California, that harks more of the Eternal City than Dolce Vita in Lake Forest. The cadence and perspective of Italy's Rome are fine-tuned in this very pretty cosmopolitan trattorja whose food is rich with tastes of the Italian culture. Stefania Cocozza is the effervescent hostess and co-owner, a butterfly who knows her customers well. There's a partner, Costantino De Angelis, and Stefania's husband also is a participant, serving as bartender behind the gently curved marble-topped bar at the entrance with a mirrored bar centered by an eye-catching samovar and espresso machine.
