Focuses on the impact of trade agreements being negotiated by the administration of U.S. President George W. Bush on the sales of U.S. agricultural products according to U.S. Senator Thad Cochran. Countries which the U.S. government has made trade agreements with as of February 28, 2004; His comment about the negotiations being done by the administration; His views on the effort of a U.S. trade team to work closely with Mexico and Europe to identify and resolve problems between the countries.
