ABSTRACT
The article discusses guidance related to modular project execution to maximise output on capital projects. It tells us how challenges in modular execution could be countered by managing issues related to engineering, logistics, supply chain, construction and commissioning. It also tell us how procurement can be improved by sourcing material from vendors directly and keeping the database of materials safe with the implementation of a robust material-management software tool and work processes.
