ABSTRACT
Presents a method of lowering Systems on a Chip operating frequencies to cut power dissipation. Use of algorithms to transform one encoded bitstream into six channels of PCM audio sound; Tendency for the performed decoding operations to require a certain number of processing cycles when performed by a microprocessor; Reason why cycle reduction is impossible to achieve using assembly language coding.

Traditional all digital phase-locked loops (ADPLLs) often show defects of narrow frequency tracking range and poor versatility, i.e. it can only track frequency of input signals in a narrow range, and once the input signal frequency exceed this bound, the loop can't be locked therefore.
