ABSTRACT
The article discusses the Lobby Registration Bill in the U.S. Congress. Lobbying, as defined and understood in this Act, consists of any effort to influence the action of U.S. Congress upon any matter coming before it, by any means. In this Act, the word "person" shall include both male and female, and the singular shall include the plural. Any person who may engage in lobbying without first complying with the provisions of this Act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. The Act says that any lobbyist who shall make a false affidavit, shall be deemed guilty of perjury.
