ABSTRACT
The IITT Awards night at the Dorchester, England, on February 5, 2004 promises to be bigger and better than ever. For the first time, the judges' comments on the entries to this year's awards are being published. Lynne Lyttle of Belfast City Council is a leader who is developing her staff effectively, and creating a strong team focused on the skills needed of both the council and other external users. She has significantly expanded and upgraded the training facilities, implemented a remote access environment, and extended the role that coaching plays within the skills transfer process.
