ABSTRACT
Reports that after failing to get new funding since 2001, the Financial Sector Specialist Group Board of the Institute of Management Services (IMS) met in 2003 for the last time and took the decision to seek IMS Council approval to close down while it still had a small amount of capital left, and not cause the IMS council any embarrassment by having to seek financial support to clear any overdraft position.
