ABSTRACT
Following its launch in June 1999, the Institute of Management Services' Report on Productivity is published on the second Monday of each month. Sponsored by Lloyds TSB Bank plc, the figures are compiled and published for the Institute by NTC Research in Henley on Thames. The Report presents the first indication each month of any changes in UK Productivity; contains indices for Productivity in the Manufacturing and Service Sectors; and shows the composite IMS Productivity Index. It also includes comparative figures published on behalf of the British Government by the Office for National Statistics.
