Aggression and stress at work can be tackled from the inside

Sarah Simpson, director of training and resources at The Suzy Lamplugh Trust, believes managers need to take more seriously the causes of aggression and stress at work. Customer facing companies are more likely to experience aggression with nearly half of public sector workers being worried about receiving threats from customers. Many other work-related factors can also contribute to the problem, such as excessive working hours common in Great Britain.
