This article presents the results of an online survey conducted by Mobium Creative Group, among members of national marketing and advertising organizations and released as of January 2004, about the communication tactics of marketers. About one-fourth of business marketers gauge program effectiveness by measuring most of their communication tactics. 28% measured most of their communication tactics. 31% believed measuring return on investment of Internet communications was important.
