ABSTRACT
The article discusses the Human Trafficking data collection from the national Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) of the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). It refers to the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008 that requires the FBI to collect human trafficking offense data and to make distinctions between prostitution, assisting or promoting prostitution and purchasing prostitution.
