The article discusses the rights of public sector employees to citizenship such as collective bargaining, freedom of association, and the rights for political participation in the U.S. Topics discussed include the U.S. Supreme Court decision on the case Borough of Duryea v. Guarnieri which deals with the collective bargaining rights under the Petition Clause in the First Amendment, the political margization of the public sector employees, and the issue of public employees' free speech rights.
