ABSTRACT
The periodical "Logistics and Transport Focus," presents letters to the editor which focus on logistics- and transportation-related issues that were published as of June 1999. The first letter expressed the author's sentiments about his disappointments with some of the Confederation of Passenger Transports' comments on the government's buses. He stated that there was a significant improvement in the route network of the 1980's bus route and the present route, the service frequency have also dramatically improved, long routes have been shortened for greater reliability, route numbering have also been simplified and new buses were introduced. Yet despite these improvements the Confederation of Passenger Transport or CPT remained lukewarm about the improvements made by the government's buses.
