ABSTRACT
The article presents advice from Mike Fee of Mobius Management Systems on how firms can effectively store important document in electronic format. Documents should be linked through common characteristics, such as account or vendor numbers. Use an integrated repository for storing documents. Decide in advance on what format to use for displaying documents on the Internet.
