DealForce Announces Partnership with DLJ

This article reports that the merger and acquisition firm DealForce has formed a strategic partnership with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Inc.(DLJ). If DLJ can not help a particular firm with ints merger needs, it will refer it to DealForce who will then bring in financial advisors to fit the needs of the particular situation. DealForce is a division of Marketplace Technologies Inc. and offers web-based networking for mergers and acquisitions.
