ABSTRACT
The article reports that Travelers Property Casualty Corp. has added automated claim alerts, report scheduling capability, and a relational database to e-CARMA (Client Access Risk Management Analysis) an Internet-based risk management product. The product is Travelers' customer portal to its risk management information system, providing integrated access to real-time loss information and links to external risk management sources and risk management functions.
