ABSTRACT
A certified financial planner (CFP) in Boise, Idaho was reading a business column when he came across an item about two local men who earned their CFP designation. Tuned out the two men were owners of a local construction company and they had just earned their Certified Fence Professional designation from the American Fence Association.
