This article gives a brief profile of Joseph R. Barkley, chief financial officer (CFO) of Global Information Technology. Born on September 3, 1942, Barkley completed his B.S., Engineering from United States Military Academy in 1965 and Masters in Business Administration from University of Scranton in 1975. One incident he always remembers is the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. On that day, he was in the first building when it was hit by an airplane and just minutes before it fell.
