ABSTRACT
About the transition, at this moment, it seems easier to indicate the points of disagreement that the historiographical consensus, making the issue one of the most open for historiography and other social sciences. Its proximity and its visible consequences often complicate readings that sometimes approach to militancy and partisanship. We propose a historiographical revision that raise new questions, analyzing results from different perspectives and trying to define its nature. It’s about taking the pulse of a subject that is not one more in the natural sequence of our history. We also formulate a evaluation in which distinguish and describe those works that can be more revealing and innovative because they have contributed to refresh or to question a version of the transition that has been considered official.
