The article reports on issues facing online business writing. Writing professionals and Internet based training companies are developing means to teach business writing online. A person's business writing ability is something that can move him or her more easily up the corporate ladder. PrimeLearning.com is providing a technology-driven process as well as a Web-based delivery system for business writing. Internet classes must have strong course content, and an effective infrastructure that works with different learners. Lguide.com, an independent electronic learning research and consulting firm, is also offering such courses.
