ABSTRACT
The article states that Paymentech Inc. and CoreHarbor Inc. have formed an alliance that will automate and control purchasing and payment reconciliations. The integration of CoreHarbor's application for business-to-business electronic commerce and Paymentech's commercial credit card programs with Visa and MasterCard will provide a "req-to-check" solution. CoreHarbor's application service provider is based on the technology developed by Ariba Inc. Paymentech's affiliation with First USA Financial Services is mentioned.
