ABSTRACT
The article focuses on online annual reports. It states that a problem with online annual reports lies in keeping them relevant for shareholders and to present timely information. It mentions that some annual reports are integrating technological innovations to become more dynamic and creative, and presents examples of Java-enhanced cover pages, hypertext tables of contents, and scrolling banners. It comments on multi-lingual annual reports that utilize audio and video clips from senior management and customer testimonials.
